New PK Lakh Terms & Conditions – Full Membership Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the New PK Lakh platform and all of its services. By registering with or using New PK Lakh, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

New PK Lakh reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform.

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. New PK Lakh is regulated by an international licensing authority and complies with all applicable laws.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with New PK Lakh:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are created, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Identity verification (KYC) provided at the time of registration is mandatory.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential.

KYC Verification Process

New PK Lakh verifies the identity of every member in accordance with legal requirements. This may include a copy of a national ID or passport, proof of current address, and verification of the payment method used.

Deposit Rules

New PK Lakh supports multiple payment methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account verification level.

All deposits must come from a payment method belonging to the member. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

New PK Lakh offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the bonus page. Claiming a bonus constitutes your agreement to its specific terms and conditions.

Understanding Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements refer to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets using bonus funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 10,000 in bets.

• Bonuses are applicable to the intended account only and are non-transferable.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once.
• New PK Lakh reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on multiple outcomes using bonus funds — is strictly prohibited.

All bets placed on New PK Lakh are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed, unless the cash-out feature is available and active.

Grounds for Bet Cancellation

• If a match is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• New PK Lakh reserves the right to void a bet if a clear error is identified in an event.
• In the event of a result reversal, payouts will be recalculated accordingly.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a bet or payment, please contact customer support first. If the matter is not resolved, a formal complaint must be submitted within 30 days. New PK Lakh will endeavour to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on New PK Lakh. If any such activity is proven, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking or unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Involvement in match-fixing or intelligence trading.
• Intentional misuse of promotional offers.
• Threatening or harassing another member.

New PK Lakh places the highest priority on protecting your personal data. We safeguard all information using AES-256 encryption and SSL/TLS protocols. Our full privacy policy is available separately.

Your information will be used solely for platform operation, payment processing, and fulfilling legal obligations. It will not be sold or transferred to any third party without authorization.

• You have the right to access and correct your personal data.
• Following account closure, data will be retained for a specified period as required by law.
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

New PK Lakh believes gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. That is why we actively promote responsible gaming and provide support to our members.

If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, take the following steps:

• Set a deposit limit on your account.
• Activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

New PK Lakh cannot be held liable for the following:

• Missing a match due to internet connection loss.
• Issues with the member's own device or software.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unscheduled server maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access (where the member's own negligence is at fault).

Nonetheless, New PK Lakh always considers the best interests of its members and strives for a fair resolution.

New PK Lakh reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given. We recommend checking this page regularly.
